Muse gets things done.
Taskoday keeps your whole life in view.
Muse is a personal AI agent you chat with in its app or on WhatsApp. Connect it to Taskoday and it can add your tasks, remind you what matters today, and plan around your week. Setup takes about two minutes and is free.
Create your free Taskoday account1. Let Muse add tasks for you
Taskoday adds a task from a simple link. Write the task the way you'd say it, with a day and time, and Taskoday works out the date:
https://taskoday.com/?add=Call the bank tomorrow 10am
- In Muse, ask it to open taskoday.com in its browser and sign in to your Taskoday account once. Muse keeps the login in its secure password store.
- Send Muse the prompt below, once. From then on, just tell Muse what to remember.
Whenever I ask you to remember, plan or add something, add it to my Taskoday by opening https://taskoday.com/?add= followed by the task and its date in plain words, for example https://taskoday.com/?add=Pay electricity bill Friday 6pm. Use your browser where I'm signed in to Taskoday, then tell me what you added.
Muse lets you approve actions before they happen, and the task appears in Taskoday on your phone and computer straight away.
2. Let Muse see your plans
Taskoday gives you a private calendar link with your dated tasks. Add it to your calendar, and Muse sees your tasks next to your meetings when you connect that calendar to Muse.
- In Taskoday, open Calendar → Sync calendars → Copy link.
- Add the link to your calendar app:
- Google Calendar on a computer: Other calendars + → From URL → paste → Add calendar.
- Apple Calendar on a Mac: File → New Calendar Subscription → paste.
- Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste.
- In Muse, connect that calendar if you haven't already.
Keep this link private: anyone who has it can see your tasks. You can reset it in Taskoday at any time. Calendar apps refresh subscribed calendars on their own schedule, so new tasks can take a few hours to show there; they are in Taskoday straight away.
3. Ready-made prompts
Copy any of these into Muse after you've done the steps above.
Every weekday at 8am, look at today's tasks in my Taskoday calendar and message me the three most important ones, with a short suggestion for when to do each around my meetings.
Once a week, check my email for bills, renewals, appointments and deadlines. For each one, add a task to Taskoday with its due date using the quick-add link, and send me a list of what you added.
Every Sunday at 7pm, look at my Taskoday calendar for the coming week. Tell me which days look too full and suggest what I could move or drop.
When I forward you a message where I promised to do something, add that promise to Taskoday with the date I mentioned, or with "this week" if there's no date.
Why use both
Today list, calendar, habits and priorities on your phone and computer, even offline.
Shared lists, fair share of chores, kids' stars and family care reminders.
Bills, recharges and the paperwork vault for passports, insurance and warranties.
Muse turns emails, chats and ideas into tasks, and reminds you what matters today.
